Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders in the US are shipped in one (1) to two (2) business days (Monday through Friday).
We provide two (2) domestic shipping options:
1. Free First-Class Shipping
- Your order is shipped free via USPS First-Class mail with a tracking number.
- USPS First-Class domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping.

2. $10 Priority Mail Shipping
- Your order is shipped for a flat $10 shipping fee via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number and insurance up to $100.00.
- USPS Priority Mail domestic orders typically arrive in 1-3 business days of shipping.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped in one (1) to two (2) business days. (Monday through Friday).
We provide one (1) international shipping option:
1. International First-Class Shipping
- International orders are shipped for a
flat $24 shippingflat $15 shipping rate via USPS First-Class Mail International with a tracking number. - International order arrivals vary based on country of destination regulations and proximity to the US. Most international customers have received orders within 14 days of shipping.

Other Shipping Options
- Domestic and International customers can choose alternative shipping methods besides our default USPS First Class, USPS First Class International, or USPS Priority Mail shipping methods.
- Defender Ring can provide alternative shipping with delivery services from FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS. Send us an email if you're interested in alternative shipping options at support@defenderring.com.
Replacement Package Shipping
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is entered when placing an order, the customer is responsible for any resulting delivery issues.
If the package is returned to sender, a replacement package can be shipped to the correct address for a flat shipping fee of $11.00.
If the package is sent to the wrong address, a replacement package can be shipped to the corrected address for 50% of the original order price, plus a flat shipping fee of $11.00.
