Exchanges

Defender Ring offers free exchanges on all items within 60 days of purchase.

Exchange Process

1) Email us at support@defenderring.com for exchanges with your name, order #, and exchange request.

2) After we've confirmed acknowledgement of your exchange, mail your product to us at:

3) After you've mailed your product back to us, email us at support@defenderring.com with the tracking number so that we can begin your exchange as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT:

Only mail back your ring and your packing slip.

Do not mail back your ring bag, ring box, user guide, or any other materials besides your ring and packing slip.

The buyer is responsible for costs associated with shipping the product(s) back to us for exchanges. Defender Ring will cover costs associated with shipping the exchanged item back to the buyer.

We recommend using shipping insurance or tracking to ensure a fast and smooth exchange process.

Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Warranty

Defender Ring, LLC warrants each new product against defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase and agrees to replace any defective product without charge.

IMPORTANT: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, use or misuse, lack of reasonable care.
