The best way to ensure that your order arrives before Christmas is to order as early as possible.

Last Order Dates for Christmas

1. Wednesday, Dec 21st at 11:59 pm EST if you select our USPS Priority Mail Express option at checkout. Orders placed after Wednesday, Dec 21st at 11:59 pm EST with our USPS Priority Mail Express option may not arrive by Christmas Eve.

2. Monday, Dec 19th at 11:59 pm EST if you select our $5 USPS Priority Mail shipping option. Orders placed after Monday, Dec 19th at 11:59 pm EST with our $5 USPS Priority Mail shipping option may not arrive by Christmas Eve.

3. Sunday, Dec 18th at 11:59 pm EST if you select our default Free Shipping option. Orders placed after Sunday, Dec 18th at 11:59 pm EST with our default Free Shipping option may not arrive by Christmas Eve.

Extended Returns & Exchanges

All orders placed after Thursday, Dec 8th will receive an extended return and exchange window as follows:

Returns: Eligible through Tuesday, Jan 31st, 2023

Exchanges: Eligible through Tuesday, February 28th, 2023

Defender Ring Holiday Closure

Defender Ring will be closed from Thursday, December 22nd to Monday, December 26th.

If you place your order before Wednesday, December 21st at 11:59 pm EST, it will be shipped before we close for the Christmas weekend. Any orders placed after Thursday, December 22nd at 12:00 am EST will be shipped when we reopen on Tuesday, December 27th.
