Free returns and full refunds on all items within thirty (30) days of receipt of order. There are no return fees or restocking fees. The customer is responsible for costs associated with mailing their order back to us.

Each new product is warranted against defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase, and any defective product will be replaced without charge.

If your ring gets chipped, bent, stained or damaged in a dangerous situation, we will replace it for free. The customer is only responsible for the shipping costs associated with mailing the new replacement ring to them.

Defender Rings are both aesthetic accessories and functional tools. They should be routinely cleaned using a cloth and all-purpose cleaner. Never submerge rings into water or any liquids, and always dry after cleaning.
