I was so excited that I finally saved up enough money to buy one of these rings, customer service was all over me asking how they could help (it was over the top)… I purchased this ring with my shipping and billing address matching, I even got the”Shop” app (don’t bother). I’m still tracking my ring and it’s gone from 100 miles away to 1,000! It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone and they’re not BBB accredited. Save your money because this is a SCAM!!!!!
