If you are a runner and these are legal where you live buy them! I hate carrying anything extra on me including my phone when I'm running and these are the perfect runners knuckles tool. I just slip them on and forget about it until I need them and hopefully I pray I never will. Better to be safe than sorry!

Nice Running Ring
Feeling safer while wearing this is an under-statement. If you have it on just flash it and I don't think anyone is messing with you. Surprisingly no scratches for the large surface area.

I feel a lot safer
I was on the fence but I decided to take the plunge and it has been totally worth it. I wear it running and it gives me peace of mind that I have never felt before. The ring is very sturdy and easy to wear/use. It is not discreet but that is a small price to pay for safety. If you are on the fence buy it trust me you won't be disappointed!
