Returns

Defender Ring offers free returns on all items within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges

Defender Ring offers free exchanges on all items within 60 days of purchase.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for costs associated with shipping the product(s) back to us for returns or exchanges. Defender Ring is responsible for costs associated with shipping the exchanged item back to the buyer.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved your returned or exchanged item. 

The full amount of your purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method for any returns within the thirty (30) day window.

The full amount of your purchase price will be credited to your account for any exchanges within the sixty (60) day window.

Warranty

Defender Ring, LLC warrants each new product against defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase and agrees to replace any defective product without charge.

IMPORTANT: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, use or misuse, lack of reasonable care.

Lifetime Warranty

Defender Ring products arm your for life. We will replace your Defender Ring product for free if it gets chipped, bent, stained, damaged in any way, or even lost, in a dangerous situation.

Defender Ring offers free product replacement if your Defender Ring is confiscated by TSA or airport security while traveling.

Return & Exchange Shipping
