Domestic Shipping

Free expedited 1-day shipping on all domestic orders.

Domestic orders are shipped 1 business day via USPS first class mail with tracking number.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days of purchase.

International Shipping

$15 expedited 1-day shipping on all international orders.

International orders are shipped 1 business day via USPS first class international mail with tracking number.

International order arrivals vary based on country of destination. Most international customers have received orders within 2 weeks of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Free returns on all items within 30 days of purchase.

Free exchanges on all items within 60 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved your returned or exchanged item. 

    The full amount of your purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method for any returns within the thirty (30) day window.

    The full amount of your purchase price will be credited to your account for any exchanges within the sixty (60) day window.

    Warranty

    Defender Ring, LLC warrants each new product against defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase and agrees to replace any defective product without charge.

    Important: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, use or misuse, lack of reasonable care.

    Return & Exchange Shipping

    To return or exchange your product, please mail it to us at:

    Please only mail back the ring product you are exchanging. All other materials, products, and packaging do not need to be mailed back to us.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using shipping insurance for orders over $69 to ensure a fast and smooth return process.
